We're extremely humbled and excited to be winners in this year's World Series event! These are categories we care about deeply and have been striving to be leaders in for many years. Getting this recognition means a lot to us because it helps validate from the outside that we're on the right track with driving excellence in both customer and employee experience. Arcet Global has been awesome to work with throughout this process and we're definitely looking forward to participating in more of their events going forward.

The Customer Centricity World Series has been a fantastic event that enabled us, at Chili Piper, to share our journey worldwide - from small, easy increments that can be done in a jiffy by anyone, to long-term visionary products that are all about the customer journey. Participation at Customer Centricity World Series Awards is a great experience!
